Visitors - We do not collect any personally identifying information about you. Characteristic to all websites, our traffic logs collect general information about your visit including your operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, the link which referred you to our website, and type of browser you use, etc.

Visitors placing orders - If you make a purchase from us, we will collect the following information needed to process and ship your order:

Credit card type,  number and expiration date

The above information is held in the strictest of confidence and will never be released to any third party, unless we are required to do so by law (i.e. Federal or state criminal investigation).  You have the right to change any personally identifying information we have about you.  Should you wish to do so, you contact us at (928) 753-2533.  This privacy policy is subject to change.  While you will not be personally notified if our privacy policy changes, the most current version of our policy can always be found on this web page.

Your personal information is safe with us.
We guarantee all credit card numbers entered at our store will be encrypted utilizing Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security.  This means that your order and credit card information is "scrambled" as it travels over the internet and while on our servers.

When you place your order online, your browser will be in a "secure mode."  You will notice an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of the page.  You will also notice that the prefix to the web address you are accessing will change from "http" to "https".  With SSL security implemented on both the client and server, sensitive information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only.

Don't want to use your credit card on the internet?
No problem. Just keep adding items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button until you are ready to checkout.  Then chose money order, and give us a call with your credit card information (mention in the comment box that you will be calling us with the credit card information.).  You can also pay with a money order if you choose to do so.

Important notes about older browsers.
The following paragraph is not applicable to 98% of our visitors.  However, you should know...  SSL security is only available using Netscape's Navigator version 3.02 or later or Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 3.02 or later.  To find out what version you have, from your browser, choose Help, then About on your browser's menu.
